Originally from Toronto, grew up in her family owned studio based in Calgary Alta. She now resides in Vancouver, B.C where she is a guest choreographer for many studios through out Canada and the U.S.
She has also guest instructed across the globe; John Paul College of Arts/ Brisbane Australia, Secondary School Dance Program Dover England, Olten Dance Productions Switzerland, and DSB Berlin Germany. She has been an adjudicator for over 10 years.

In her professional dance career was principle dancer with Decidedly Jazz Dance Company, D’ Hershey Modern company and Stone Soup Collective Contemporary Company. She performed in the Dance Documentary “No Small Feats” for Bravo television. Was a performer at the “World Dance Congress” in Chicago with Gus Giordano. Principle dancer with Las Vegas Company Farrington Production, performer for Rio Las Vegas show in Atami Japan. Has performed with “The Mix” revue show in Macau China as back up singer and principle dancer. She has appeared in commercials for “Radio Disney”, Lysol, Tim Horton’s, Chevy, and Ensure to name a few.

Her professional performance musical credits include: The Boyfriend, The Music Man, 42nd Street, The Pajama Game.
Choreography for Theatre credits: “Joseph and the Technicolor Dream Coat”, “Aladdin”, “Evangeline” “Shakespeare in the Park” for the Mount Royal Theatre Arts. “The Cherry Orchard” with United theatre Players, “How To Succeed in Business” and “Damn Yankees” with Front Row Centre Players.

Choreography credits;
Michael Jackson VH1 film “Man in the Mirror”, Kimberly Wyatt (Pussycat dolls) for VH1 Magic special. “The Man” starring LL Cool J (television pilot), The Gemini Awards. Commercial choreography for Celsius Films, Fashion Television, and Circle Productions. Choreographer/Coach for B.C Felions, Industrial shows for Goldwell, General Motors, Hasbro, Nike and many more. Cast and choreographed for Las Vegas Hope Productions touring China.
She was Assistant choreographer to Sean Cheesman, on CTV’s “So You Think You Can Dance”.

Over the years She has won numerous distinguished awards for her creative choreography including winning the International Choreography Award representing Canada.
